In order to increase service on a more cost effective scale, we have decided that the following are absolutely necessary:
1. All rides that are equal to $40.00 or more must be paid for at time of scheduling.
2. If a driver arrives and you are not at the pick-up location within 7 minutes of their arrival, after being contacted by your assigned driver, a no-call/ no-show fee will be assessed. (EXCEPTIONS:Elderly Clients, Emergency Room Patients and Adverse Weather Conditions such as : Snow, Rain and Ice). The fee will be the original fare plus an additional half of the original fare. So for example if a fare is 20.00 adding 10.00 to that 20.00 = 30.00.
3. Any client who is rude or disrespectful in anyway whatsoever will be assessed an automatic 30.00 safety violation fee.
4. Hence there is a no smoking /no eating / drinking policy in place, we understand that kids do get hungry and thirsty. The same with adults. As such there will be a 15.00 cleanup fee assessed if a child or adult makes a mess, regardless of whether it's cleaned up by the party who is responsible for the creation of the mess. If you need to smoke, please inform your driver and at their sole discretion they may pull over into a safe area to allow a 10 minute smoke break. There will be an additional 3.00 assessed for each smoke break.
5. If you need to change a diaper or utilize the bathroom, you may inform the driver and at the nearest exit or rest stop they will allow you to use the facilities as soon as one is located. There will be no fee assessed for this stop.
6. Please pack enough snacks and beverages for you and your children if you are going on a trip that is going to last 1 hour or more. We encourage this as to we will not stop at any fast food place unless there is a clear need to do so. The fee in number 4 above only applies if there is a mess made.
