Refund Policy

It is our policy that refunds will only be given in full if a ride or other service offered cannot be completed. For any service or ride that has been for and cancelled by the client, we will refund 80% of the initial fare or fee. If a client does not answer their phone or door upon our arrival within 7 to 10 minutes of same, the service or ride will be considered as a no show and logged as such. We will return 70% of the paid fare or fee.
